• Always greet customers professionally.
• No free repairs unless approved by management.
• No scamming, fake invoices, favoritism, or overcharging.
• Stay in uniform while clocked in.
• Do not leave customers waiting without communication.
• Keep radio and phone communication clean and RP-friendly.
• Respect all server rules, police RP, and tow procedures.
• Log major builds, contracts, and disputes.
